We are an online service and do not have a physical visiting address at this time. Unfortunately, this means that dropping off your package in person is not currently an option. However, we are actively working on adding drop-off points and implementing a pick-up service in the future, so please stay tuned for updates!
If you have a large batch of devices to send, we may be able to make an exception and arrange for a courier to pick up the batch. To explore this option, please reach out to our customer service team.
In the meantime, rest assured that sending your product(s) to us is hassle-free. Simply use the shipping label provided by us, and your shipment will be both free of charge and insured.
