Step 1: Creating a Filtered Saved View
Click the “Add filter” button.
Select the necessary filters, can be 1 or multiple
Click “Create saved view”.
Choose between “My” (private view) or “Shared” (visible to other users in your company).
Click “+ New view” and enter a name for the view.
Press Enter to save the view.
Step 2: Adjusting Visible Columns on a saved view
Click the “View options” button.
Select the view you want to edit by clicking the arrow next to it
Use the list of columns to drag (change the order), pin (keep visible on the left) or hide/show (using the eye icon)
(Optional) Toggle “Set as default view” if you want this view to be your default every time you load the event list
Click “Save changes” to save the view or “Reset” to cancel.
📌 This option does not apply any filters—only adjusts visible columns.
Editing a Saved View
Open “View options” and select the saved view you want to edit.
Modify filters by adding new ones or removing unnecessary ones.
Click “Create saved view,” then select the name of the saved view to apply the changes.
Deleting a Saved View
Open “View options” and select the saved view you want to delete.
Scroll to the bottom of the dropdown and tap “Delete view.”
