Understanding My and Shared Views
Applying filters to the dashboard allows users to customize their view based on specific data they want to see. These customized views can be saved for easy access in the future. This article explains Saved Views.
My Views
All users that can access the dashboard on the web have the option to save filtered views to "My Views." This feature helps you quickly revisit your preferred filter configurations without needing to apply the same filters repeatedly.
Please note that saved views are only available on the web version.
Shared Views
Admins have additional functionality to create Shared Views, which are visible to all company users.
How to Create a Shared Saved View
After creating a saved view, simply select the "Shared View" option from the dropdown.
By effectively using My and Shared Views, users can streamline their workflows and avoid missing relevant information.
