How to Manage Assignees in an Event

Once your event is created, it’s important to assign it to the correct number of installers or connected companies to ensure proper execution.

Setting the Number of Assignees

  • By default, every event starts with one assignee slot.

  • To change this, click the Edit button in the Assignees field.

  • Adjust the number of assignees needed, then click "+Add assignee" to begin assigning.

Adding Assignees

You can assign:

  • In-house installers (your Lite users)

  • Connected companies

When assigning an event to a connected company, the number of assignees will meet the required number, as the connected company is now responsible for finding the people.

This allows for flexibility depending on your team structure and partnerships.

Removing Assignees

To remove an assignee:

  • Hover over their name.

  • Click the Delete button that appears. The event will disappear from their event list, and they will be notified that it was cancelled.

Setting the Lead Installer

Once your team is assigned:

  • Hover over the name of the primary assignee.

  • Click "Set lead installer status" to mark them as the lead.

The lead installer's status will be visible to all assignees in the event.
