How to Invite Clients to the Client Portal
Go to the Client Tab: Navigate to the Client tab in the dashboard.
Select a Client: Choose the client you want to invite.
Open the Contacts Tab: In the Contacts tab, tap the "Invite" button to send an invite email.
Managing Pending Invitations
While the invite is in Pending status, you can:
Resend the email by selecting "Resend" in the dropdown.
Revoke the invite if needed by selecting "Revoke" in the dropdown.
Managing Client Access
Once the client accepts the invitation, you can manage their access using the toggle in the Contacts tab.
This allows you to enable or disable their access to the Client Portal as needed.
