How to manage invited users and Vendors by editing, resending, or revoking pending invitations.

Managing Invited Users and Vendors

Once you’ve sent an invite to a new user or a Vendor you can still manage their invitation status and details. This includes editing their information, resending the invite, or revoking it if necessary.

Accessing Invited Users or Vendors

To view and manage invites:

  1. Go to the Users or Vendors page on your dashboard.

  2. Open the Filters and navigate to the Invited tab.
    Here, you’ll see a list of all users or companies whose invitations are still pending.

Editing an Invited User

You can update details such as the user's email, assigned team, or permission group:

  • Hover over the user you want to edit and click the Edit button.

  • Make the necessary changes.

  • Click Save to apply the changes or Back to cancel them.

Resending an Invite

If the invited user hasn't received the email:

  • Hover over their email address.

  • Click “Resend invite”.
    The invitation will be resent to the user immediately.

Revoking an Invite

If you no longer want the user to join:

  • Hover over their email address.

  • Click “Revoke invite”.

  • Confirm the action in the pop-up window.
    Once revoked, the user will no longer be able to register.
