Managing Vendor Profiles

Edit vendors' details like locations, event types, and bio directly from the Vendors tab.

You can manage your Vendors more efficiently by updating their information in the Vendor Drawer. To do this, go to the Vendors page and select the vendor you'd like to edit.

In the drawer, you can update the following details:

  • Vendor Locations – Specify where the vendor or its installers are located. The search address field is integrated with Google Maps to help you accurately pinpoint the address. To add a new location, click the “+ Add new location” button and fill in the required fields.

    To remove a location, simply hover over it and click the “X” button.

  • Event Types Covered – Define which types of events you assign to this vendor. Maybe they are good at certain types of work and you want to specify that in the profile.

  • Bio – Add any relevant information you'd like to save about the vendor. For example, the types of certificates they have, the registration plates of their vehicles, or the types of work they can do.
