Keep your asset records accurate and up to date by editing their details directly in the client's Assets tab.
How to Edit an Asset
Open the Client Drawer from the Clients tab.
Navigate to the Assets tab within the selected client's profile.
Tap on the asset you'd like to edit.
Update any of the following fields as needed:
Asset Type – You can switch between Fixed (Location) or Moving (Vehicle).
Asset ID (optional) – Add or change the identifier for better reference.
Asset Name – Modify the name.
Contact Information – Update the associated phone number.
Access Instructions – Change the notes visible to assignees in event details.
Address – Use the integrated Google Maps search to update the location or manually adjust fields like Street, City, and Postcode.
All changes are saved in real-time but will not affect the events that already exist.
