Archiving and Deleting an Asset

Archiving an Asset

Archiving is an excellent option for assets that are temporary, not active, but need to be retained for historical reference.

  1. Open the Client Drawer and go to the Assets tab.

  2. Find the asset you want to archive.

  3. Hover over the asset and select the "Archive" option, or tap on the asset and select the “Archive” option in the top right corner.

Archived assets won’t appear in active lists but remain accessible if needed.

Deleting an Asset

Delete an asset only when it's no longer needed and you want to remove it from the system permanently.

  1. Open the Client Drawer and navigate to the Assets tab.

  2. Tap or hover over the asset you want to delete.

  3. Select the “Delete” option in the top right corner and confirm when prompted.

Note: Deleting an asset is irreversible and removes all associated data.
