Using media page and uploading files

Learn how to navigate the Media page, access files by client, event, project, or asset, and upload new media.

The Media page in Vantage provides a centralized location for managing all the photos and documents uploaded to your workspace. Media is automatically sorted by client to keep your files organized and easy to locate.

Folder Structure:

When you select a client, a dropdown will appear with three folder categories:

  • Events: Contains folders for each event. Selecting an event folder will display all media files uploaded for that event.

  • Projects: Contains folders for each project. Within each project folder, you will find all media files related to the project, along with folders for individual events within the project.

  • Assets: Contains folders for each asset. Opening a folder reveals all media files associated with that specific asset.

Uploading Files:

You can upload documents to the Media page in two ways:

  1. Upload new media from the top left:
    Select the appropriate folder first, then click "Upload new media" in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Upload directly from within a folder:
    Navigate into the desired folder and scroll to the bottom of the media list. Click the "+ Add new file" button to upload a new file.

Note: You cannot upload files directly into the main Projects, Events, or Assets folders. Files must be uploaded into a specific project, event, or asset subfolder.

This structure ensures your media is correctly categorized and easily retrievable across your dashboard.
