The Media page in Vantage provides a centralized location for managing all the photos and documents uploaded to your workspace. Media is automatically sorted by client to keep your files organized and easy to locate.
Folder Structure:
When you select a client, a dropdown will appear with three folder categories:
Events: Contains folders for each event. Selecting an event folder will display all media files uploaded for that event.
Projects: Contains folders for each project. Within each project folder, you will find all media files related to the project, along with folders for individual events within the project.
Assets: Contains folders for each asset. Opening a folder reveals all media files associated with that specific asset.
Uploading Files:
You can upload documents to the Media page in two ways:
Upload new media from the top left:
Select the appropriate folder first, then click "Upload new media" in the top left corner of the page.Upload directly from within a folder:
Navigate into the desired folder and scroll to the bottom of the media list. Click the "+ Add new file" button to upload a new file.
Note: You cannot upload files directly into the main Projects, Events, or Assets folders. Files must be uploaded into a specific project, event, or asset subfolder.
This structure ensures your media is correctly categorized and easily retrievable across your dashboard.
