How to upload and manage photos in an event

Depending on your folder structure, you can easily upload photos to an event either directly into the Photos tab or within a specific folder. Photos help document the event's progress and provide clarity for all involved parties.

Uploading Photos to an Event

On Mobile:

You have two options for uploading photos:

  • Select from your gallery
    Choose existing photos from your mobile gallery to upload.

  • Take photo
    Use your device camera to take photos on-site. These photos will automatically be backed up to your gallery and uploaded to Vantage.

Once you’ve selected or taken the desired photos, tap the “Submit” button to upload them.

On Web:

You can upload photos using either method:

  • Add new file
    Click the “+Add new file” button in the Photos tab to upload from your computer.

  • Drag & Drop
    Simply drag image files from your desktop or folders into the Photos area to upload.

Viewing and Managing Photos

  • Once uploaded, photos are visible to other users.

  • You can toggle the photo view in the top right corner between:

    • List view

    • Grid view

    • Photo log view

Adding Comments to Photos

You can add comments to photos using one of these methods:

  • Double-tap the photo

  • Single tap to open it, then navigate to the comments section

  • Use the Photo Log view, which also supports commenting

These comments will be visible in the photo and event comments with the photo icon near them.
