How to Edit an Incident

After an incident has been created, you can make changes whenever needed to reflect new information or correct previous entries.

Steps to Edit an Incident

  1. Open the Event where the incident is logged.

  2. Tap on the incident you want to edit to open the Incident tab.

Editable Fields:

  • Responsible person
    Assign or change the responsible person. They’ll receive a notification and see the incident in their Reminders tab.

  • Reason
    Update or correct the reason for the incident.

  • Status
    Set the status to Open or Closed depending on its state. Open incidents will fall into the reminders list of the relevant responsible people.

  • Action required
    Indicate whether further action is needed.

  • Incident description
    Add or update a description with details on what happened, how, and when.

  • Photos
    Attach images to visually document the incident.

  • Incident ID
    Just below the incident name, you can add or view the Incident ID for easier tracking and reference.

Additional Actions

  • To delete an incident, tap the "⋯" (three dots) button in the top right corner of the incident tab and select Delete.
