Labels is a feature that lets you group your in-house installers into different teams for specific date ranges. This makes it easier to manage scheduling.

Using Labels in the Team Schedule:

Labels are useful when working in the Team Schedule view. You can combine them with other filters and sorting options to make your event management easier. Please note that when this feature is enabled, you will no longer be able to move the view by day on the Team Schedule.

How to use Labels in the Team Schedule:

  1. Go to the Team Schedule page.

  2. Open the filter/sort dropdown.
    Tap the dropdown menu at the top of the page to access all grouping, filtering, and sorting options.

  3. Add a label-based sort.
    Tap the โ€œ+ Sort byโ€ button and select Labels.

  4. View sorted users.
    Once applied, users will be grouped by their labels instead of just appearing in alphabetical order.
