Team Schedule

The Team Schedule feature gives you full control over the workload and assignments of your installers and Connected Companies. It provides a clear, interactive calendar view for effective planning and resource management.

Viewing Options

You can choose from three convenient views:

  • 1 Day View

  • 3 Day View

  • 1 Week View

These views allow you to plan short-term and medium-term work more effectively.

Default Display & Filters

By default, Team Schedule shows:

  • Lite users

  • Connected Companies

To customize the view further, use Filters and Saved Views to include more team members or criteria.

What You Can Do in the Team Schedule

  • Assign events to users and companies using the Drag-and-Drop feature (or take the event away from them)

  • Adjust event durations by stretching or shortening the event blocks

  • Edit event dates directly from the schedule by dragging and dropping the event itself

  • Open the event drawer to see and edit event details

  • View upcoming unassigned events

This tool helps streamline your scheduling and ensures every task is assigned efficiently.
