Incidents page

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Incidents page is designed for companies that want to track and manage all submitted incidents in one place. It gives a full overview of where potential issues may be happening across Events.

What is the Incidents Page?

The Incidents page shows a complete list of all incidents submitted within your company. Whether the incident was submitted by your team or a subcontractor, it will appear here if the incident was logged for your company.

What you'll see on the page

The Incidents page is a table with all relevant incident details. Each row in the list includes:

  • Event – the event where the incident was logged

  • Reason – why the incident occurred

  • Description – details about the incident (if none, you'll see “no description”)

  • Responsible Person – who is responsible for handling it (by default, it will be the Event Owner)

  • Date Submitted – when the incident was created

  • Action Required – was it solved onsite or requires action

  • Status – whether the incident is open or closed

  • Linked to – the event the incident is currently connected to (available if the feature is enabled)

By default, the table is sorted by Date Submitted (most recent at the top), but you can also sort it by Event title or Reason.

Note: Closed incidents are hidden by default. To view them, use the Status filter.

Filtering, Sorting, and Searching

Use filters to narrow down incidents. You can learn more about the filters in this article.
