Logging an incident during an event

How to log an incident on an event from the Vantage mobile app.

If you encounter a problem on site, such as damage, a location not being ready, or a weather delay, you can log it as an Incident directly from the mobile app.

Logging an incident

To log an incident on an event:

  1. Open the event from your events list.

  2. Tap the Issues tab.

  3. Tap Add incident.

  4. Select a Reason from the dropdown (for example: Damaged product, Location not ready, Weather, Installer error, Missing product).

  5. Add a Description if needed.

  6. Set whether Action required is Yes or No.

  7. Tap Save.

Log incidents as soon as they happen so your office team can respond quickly. Include a clear description so the team understands the issue without needing to call you.
