If you encounter a problem on site, such as damage, a location not being ready, or a weather delay, you can log it as an Incident directly from the mobile app.
Logging an incident
To log an incident on an event:
Open the event from your events list.
Tap the Issues tab.
Tap Add incident.
Select a Reason from the dropdown (for example: Damaged product, Location not ready, Weather, Installer error, Missing product).
Add a Description if needed.
Set whether Action required is Yes or No.
Tap Save.
Log incidents as soon as they happen so your office team can respond quickly. Include a clear description so the team understands the issue without needing to call you.
