Log a shortage when materials are missing, or the wrong quantity arrives on site. Shortages are separate from incidents and are tracked under their own section in the Issues tab.
Logging a shortage from the dashboard
Open the event.
Go to the Issues tab.
Scroll to the Shortages section and click + Add shortage.
Enter the item name or description and the quantity missing.
Click Save.
Logging a shortage from the mobile app
Open the event from your events list.
Tap the Issues tab.
Tap + Add shortage in the Shortages section.
Enter the item name and quantity.
Tap Save.
