If materials or inventory items are missing when you arrive on site, you can log a Shortage on the event. Shortages are tracked separately from incidents.
Logging a shortage
To log a shortage on an event:
Open the event from your events list.
Tap the Issues tab.
Go to the Shortages section.
Tap Add shortage.
Enter the item name and the quantity that is missing.
Tap Save.
Shortages track missing materials. If you need to report a problem like damage or a site issue, log an incident instead.
