Vantage modules overview

Learn what each Vantage module does and how they work together to give you control over your operation.

Vantage is built around modules. The core modules cover your projects and installations; everything else builds on that foundation.

Core modules

Every Vantage plan includes the core modules, giving your shop structure and control over how you run campaigns and deliver installs.

Projects

Projects is where your team manages every job from a single board, whether that is a single install or a campaign running across multiple locations. Each project holds the scope, people, files, and communication together in one place, giving everyone involved a clear and consistent view of the work.

Templates let you standardize how common project types get set up, which reduces manual work each time a similar job comes in.

Vantage also connects directly to your MIS or ERP, so job details come through automatically and your team always has accurate information without manual re-entry.

Installations

Installations gives your team a structured way to schedule and track every piece of on-site work. You can see in-house crews and subcontractors in one calendar, assign jobs based on availability, and follow progress in real time without having to chase updates.

Installers work from the Vantage mobile app, where they can access job details, site instructions, and files before they arrive.

At the end of each job, they submit completion photos from site, so your team has proof of delivery and can close out jobs without waiting on information to come in.

Additional modules

Additional modules let you extend Vantage as your needs grow. Each one is focused on a specific part of the operation, so the more modules your shop runs, the more of your workflow comes under one connected system.

Note: Additional modules are not active by default. Which ones are available to you depends on your Vantage plan.

Opportunities

The Opportunities module gives sales and operations a shared view of the pipeline. Deals move through customizable stages, with scope, client details, tasks, and files building up as they progress.

When a deal is won, it converts directly into a project in Vantage with the full sales context carried across: scope, client details, files, and more. Your operations team can get to work immediately, with no manual re-entry and no lost detail.

Vendor management

The Vendor Management module gives your shop a structured way to manage every subcontractor you work with. Each vendor has a profile in Vantage covering their skills, coverage areas, certifications, and documents, so your team always knows who to assign and whether they meet the requirements for a job.

Vendors work from their own connected workspace, where they receive assigned jobs, access scope and site details, and submit completion reports and invoices directly. Every invoice is tied to approved work, so your team has full visibility over what was delivered before any payment is made.

Time tracking

Time tracking gives your team a consistent way to capture time across every job, whether they are in the field or in the office. Crews log time through the mobile app and managers through the dashboard, with every entry tied to the right job automatically. Weekly timesheets come together without manual effort and are ready to approve in minutes.

Over time, that data tells you what jobs actually cost to deliver, where time is being lost, and how to estimate future work based on what has really happened rather than assumptions.

FAQ

Do I need to use all the modules?

No. You only use what your operation actually needs. Every shop starts with Projects and Installations and adds further modules when they need them.

What is the difference between core and additional modules?

Core modules, Projects and Installations, come with every Vantage plan. Additional modules extend Vantage into specific areas of your operation and are available depending on your plan.

Can I add modules later?

Yes. Additional modules can be enabled whenever your shop needs them. You do not have to add all of them at once, and there is no fixed setup you need to follow.
