List view vs calendar view

How list view and calendar view work on the Events page.

The Events page offers two ways to view your events: a list and a calendar. You can switch between them using the toggle at the top of the page.

List view

List view shows your events in a table format with sortable columns. You can see event details like title, type, status, assignees, dates, and client at a glance. This view is best for filtering, sorting, and working through a large number of events.

In list view, you can also customize which columns are visible using saved views.

Calendar view

Calendar view displays your events on a visual calendar. Events are color-coded by their status, making it easy to spot what needs attention.

In calendar view, you can:

  • Switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views.

  • Drag and drop events to reschedule them to a different date.

  • Drag the edge of an event to extend or shorten its duration.

  • Click the Today button to jump back to the current date.

Events without start and end dates do not appear in the calendar view. To see all events, including those without dates, use the list view.

Both views share the same saved views and filters. Switching from list to calendar keeps your current filters applied.
