What the Schedule shows

How to plan workloads across your team, vendors, and equipment.

The Schedule gives you a visual overview of who is working on what and when. It shows all your Lite users, vendors, and equipment on a calendar so you can plan and manage workloads in one place.

What appears on the Schedule

The Schedule displays the following items:

  • Events: all events that have a start date and at least one assignee appear on the Schedule under that assignee's row.

  • Unassigned events: events that have dates but no assignees appear in a separate Unassigned section at the top. You can drag them onto a person to assign them.

  • Placeholders: grey blocks that mark non-event time like vacation, sick leave, or training. Placeholders sit alongside events and do not replace them.

  • Equipment: this section appears at the bottom of the Schedule, showing all your equipment and the events they are allocated to.

Events are color-coded by their status, so you can quickly tell which jobs are active, assigned, awaiting approval, or completed.

Viewing options

You can switch between three time ranges at the top of the Schedule:

  • 1 Day

  • 3 Days

  • 1 Week

Use the arrow buttons to move forward or backward in time, or click Today to jump back to the current date.

What you can do from the Schedule

The Schedule is not just for viewing. You can take action directly from it:

  • Assign events by dragging an unassigned event onto a person's row.

  • Reschedule events by dragging them to a different date.

  • Adjust event duration by dragging the edge of an event block to extend or shorten it.

  • Open the event drawer by clicking on any event to see and edit its details.

  • Add placeholders to block time for non-event activities.

Events without start and end dates do not appear on the Schedule. Set dates on the event to make it visible here.

FAQ

Why is an event not showing on the Schedule?

Events need a start date to appear on the Schedule. If the event has no dates set, it will not be visible. Add dates to the event and it will show up.

Can I see both my in-house team and vendors on the same Schedule?

Yes. The Schedule shows both Lite users and vendors side by side, so you can plan across your full team in one view.

Why do I not see the Equipment section on my Schedule?

The Equipment feature is not enabled by default. If you do not see it, the feature may not be active for your company. It can also be hidden if you have deselected Equipment in the Users/Equipment filter.
