Once a vendor is connected to your workspace, you can assign events to them the same way you assign events to your internal team.
Assigning a vendor to an event
Open the event you want to assign.
In the Info tab, find the assignees section.
Click + Add assignee.
Search for the vendor by name and select them.
Save the event.
The vendor can see the assigned event from their own workspace. They can then assign their own team members to complete the work.
Assigning from the Schedule
Vendors appear on the Schedule alongside your internal team. You can drag and drop events onto a vendor row to assign work, giving you a full picture of capacity across your own team and your subcontractors.
Vendors only see the events assigned to them. They cannot see events assigned to other vendors or your internal team.
