Completion reports are the sign-off form your field team completes when finishing a job. Each event type can have its own report; a Survey might need different fields from an Install. You build and manage templates from Workspace settings.
Creating a completion report
Go to Workspace settings via the gear icon.
Click Events.
Go to the Completion reports tab.
Click + Add new.
Give the report a name.
Click + Add question, choose a type, and if this question is required.
Save.
When your field team submits a completion report, you can choose what happens next, whether it goes straight through or waits for a manager to review it first.
Require manager approval — when on, a submitted report goes to a manager for review before the job is marked complete. When off, the job completes as soon as the report is submitted.
Approval options (only relevant when manager approval is on) — these control what outcomes a manager can choose when reviewing a report.
Enable both if managers should be able to mark a job either way.
Available question types
Text | A single line of free text. For short values like a job number or location name. |

Signature | Captures a client or installer signature directly on the device. |
Assigning a report to an event type
Once created, go to Event types to set it as the default for a specific event type:
Go to Workspace settings via the gear icon.
Click Events, then Event types.
Select the event type.
In the Default completion report dropdown, select your report.
Save.
