When you finish work on site, you submit a Completion report to confirm the job is done. The report may include a checklist of questions and always requires your signature.
Submitting the completion report
To submit a completion report on an event:
Open the event from your events list.
Tap the Completion tab.
Answer the questions on the form. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
Sign in the signature pad at the bottom of the form.
Tap Submit.
After you submit, the event status changes. Depending on how your workspace is set up, the event either moves to Awaiting Approval (a manager reviews your report) or directly to Completed.
The questions on the completion report depend on the event type. Your workspace admin configures which questions appear. Some events may only require a signature.
Upload your site photos before submitting the completion report. This gives your manager the full picture when they review your work.
