Participation in The Oblist Trade Program is optional. Enrolled sellers make eligible pieces available with the category-based Trade discount configured by the platform.
Join during onboarding
During seller onboarding, select Yes when asked whether you want to participate in the Trade Program. The choice is stored on your seller account and applied during product sync.
Join or leave from your dashboard
Open the Vendor Dashboard.
Go to Account → Trade Program.
Review your current participation status.
Turn participation on or off and confirm the change.
When you enable participation, the platform recalculates the Trade fields for your products according to their category and Vintage status. When you disable participation, the Trade discount is set to 0 for your products.
Updates run through the product-sync process and may not appear on every storefront surface instantly. If a product still shows the wrong status after sync, continue in the Vendor Dashboard chat with the product link.
What participation changes
Eligible products receive the current category Trade discount.
Your normal base and market prices remain the reference prices before the Trade discount.
Professional buyers can access the Trade buying flow for eligible pieces.
Shipping is handled separately and does not receive the consumer free-shipping policy.
Participation does not guarantee a specific ranking, visibility level or volume of Trade orders.
