For each product line (or selected group), you can check Fragile. That flags the item so routing prefers extra handling and protection.
When to check it
The in-app tooltip suggests Fragile especially for:
Glass, ceramic, porcelain, crystal, neon
Mirrors
Lighting
Anything shock-sensitive or prone to flexing damage
What changes
Quotes use that signal to surface better-fit protection (services / carrier-side packing).
It does not replace accurate dimensions or weight on the product — without those, pricing stays unreliable.

If I don’t check Fragile, does it ship “unprotected”?
No — carriers always apply packing rules; Fragile pushes more caution, not “no box.”
Do I check every line?
Only lines that match the criteria above; others can stay unchecked.
