What you see on screen
On some orders (furniture or other buyer-pays-shipping rules), after picking an Arta option you’ll see messages like:
“For this order, shipping is paid by the customer via The Oblist”
“nothing is deducted from your payout for this shipping”
instead of payout deduction wording.
What to do
Pick the shipping option as usual (Self Ship, Parcel, Select, or Premium depending on offers).
Click Submit quote to The Oblist (label shown in this flow).
The Oblist then completes buyer-side freight payment. You don’t collect that freight amount yourself on this line.
Copy often reminds you that after booking, the carrier will contact you to schedule pickup at your address.
While Oblist is processing
If status shows “Confirmed — waiting for The Oblist”, your choice is saved; the team finishes admin / buyer payment before final confirmation with the carrier.

Yellow banner plus Submit quote instead of Confirm & book on the dashboard.
What if I picked the wrong option?
Use Change selection until the booking is locked, then submit again.
