Two paths
A — You confirm yourself (“Confirm & book”)
When funding is payout deduction (or equivalent on your side), click Confirm & book.
Then:
The carrier accepts the booking; statuses move through pending, confirmed, etc.
For Self Ship, copy may say we’re waiting for the carrier to confirm and issue labels (can take a few minutes).
B — You submit to Oblist (“Submit quote to The Oblist”)
When the buyer pays freight via Oblist:
Click Submit quote to The Oblist.
“Confirmed — waiting for The Oblist” may show while the team finalizes with the buyer.
You’ll get a notification or see the order advance when it’s cleared.
Changing your mind
Until the booking is fully committed, Change selection returns you to the quote list to pick another option.
Pending payment (seller)
Some vendor absorbs bookings with an Arta payment link show Payment required and Complete Payment. If unpaid within 48 hours, an overdue warning may appear — pay promptly or cancel to pick something else (Cancel & choose another option when offered).
FAQ
Stuck on “waiting for carrier”:
Refresh later; timing is carrier-side. Use Track shipment for detail (see Tracking article).
No movement after Submit:
Contact support with order number and shortcode if already visible.
