Shipping budget included in the order
If the buyer paid a shipping amount, the UI may show “shipping budget included in your payout”. That helps explain what the customer already contributed toward freight; any balance depends on the Arta total and Oblist rules for that order.
When you confirm a booking (standard case)
After selecting a quoted option, you’ll usually see:
“X € will be deducted from your payout” when you bear freight via your seller payout.
Always check the exact amount on the card before confirming.
When the buyer pays freight (furniture / special items)
On some orders, a banner explains shipping is paid by the buyer via The Oblist. Then:
The button reads Submit quote to The Oblist instead of paying from your payout for that path.
The copy clarifies nothing is deducted from your payout for this shipment once Oblist finishes the buyer-side flow.

During active shipment: payout summary line
Once booking progresses, a short line may summarize payout impact:
Vendor absorbs — freight deducted from your side.
Oblist absorbs — Oblist covers the stated amount.
Buyer pays (Arta / Oblist checkout) — no extra freight charge for you, with detail if the buyer paid via Arta or Oblist checkout.
Split — buyer / you / Oblist shares per order setup.
If it still says pending Oblist confirmation, the team may be finalizing funding.
Cost splits
When a split applies, the UI may list buyer, you, and Oblist portions, plus buyer payment channel Arta checkout or Oblist checkout when relevant.
FAQ
Why doesn’t the net match what the buyer paid for shipping?
The carrier quote can be higher or lower than what was collected as shipping; Oblist then applies the agreed rules (absorption, split, etc.).
Do I pay immediately after clicking?
Sometimes an online payment step appears (Complete Payment) for vendor absorbs bookings with an Arta payment link — otherwise deduction happens at payout.
