What makes an account eligible
In short: vendors in good standing with enough sales activity and room under the 40% commission cap. The main signals we look at:
Your account is active and approved (not paused, disabled, or closing).
You have at least one live product that can be featured.
A healthy fulfilment record (low recent cancellation rate).
Enough recent sales volume on The Oblist.
Room under the 40% cap — there must be space to add the commission points.
Why don’t I see The Oblist Ads?
The most common reasons:
Your commission is already at 40% (for example, exclusive agreements). There’s no room to add boost points, so the program isn’t offered.
You don’t yet have enough sales volume for the program.
You have no live products to feature right now.
Your account is paused, on holiday mode, disabled, or closing.
Eligibility is re-checked regularly, so this can change as your shop grows.
I was eligible — can I become ineligible?
Yes. If your account stops meeting the conditions (e.g. you go on holiday mode, or fulfilment issues pile up), The Oblist Ads can become unavailable and any active featuring is paused. It comes back automatically once you’re eligible again.
