How long does it run?
Each enrolment runs for up to 30 days, then ends automatically. There is no auto-renewal — you’re never charged a recurring fee, and featuring simply stops at the end of the 30 days. You can re-enrol anytime.
Each piece has its own countdown
If you add pieces on different days, each piece keeps its own 30-day timer. Adding new pieces doesn’t reset the countdown of pieces already running. You can see the time left on each featured piece in your dashboard.
Can I pause?
Yes — pause a piece, a category, or everything, at any time.
When you pause:
The piece leaves featuring immediately (it stops being boosted and the “Featured” label disappears).
Orders placed within the next 7 days still settle at the featured commission — because those sales were driven by the placement. This 7-day window never extends beyond the original 30-day maximum.
After that window, your standard commission applies again.
Changing tier
Switching tier applies the new tier to all your featured pieces. Countdowns are not reset.
What happens automatically
A piece that sells out is removed from featuring until it’s back in stock.
If your account becomes ineligible (e.g. holiday mode), active featuring is paused.
