Request more The Oblist cards for your parcels

How to request a card or flyer refill in Vendor Dashboard chat, which delivery details to provide, and what to do when an order is ready but no cards remain.

The Oblist cards—also called thank-you cards or flyers—are normally placed inside parcels sent to customers. Request a refill before your remaining stock reaches zero whenever possible.

Request a refill in Vendor Dashboard chat

Continue in the chat inside your Vendor Dashboard. If you are already speaking with Fin there, your current message is the refill request—you do not need to resend it or open another conversation. Do not start a duplicate request by email.

Send all of the following in one message:

  • how many cards you have left;

  • how many cards you would like;

  • the complete delivery address for the refill;

  • recipient/contact name;

  • contact phone number; and

  • the date of your next planned customer shipment, if one is already scheduled.

Confirm the full address even when it appears elsewhere on your account. The refill may need to go to a workshop, warehouse or showroom rather than the registered business address.

What happens after the request

Fin can collect the complete request, but it cannot create or dispatch the shipment. As soon as every required field is present, Fin must hand over the current conversation to Nicole/Vendor Success. No additional “submit” step is required. Nicole coordinates the individual refill shipment.

The request is handled without waiting for a grouped future campaign shipment. However, do not promise a dispatch date, carrier or delivery date until the team confirms it in the conversation.

Continue in the same chat if the quantity or delivery address changes. Do not create several refill requests for the same destination.

If you have no cards and an order is ready now

Do not delay a ready customer order solely because the card refill has not arrived.

  • Ship the customer parcel on time without the card.

  • Still include the finalized customer invoice and packing slip.

  • Provide any missing refill details in the current conversation. If the complete request is already present, Fin must hand it over immediately.

  • Mention the urgent/ready order in the chat so Vendor Success knows you have reached zero stock.

This is an operational exception for an exhausted card supply; it does not remove the normal expectation to include a The Oblist card when cards are available.

Good practice

  • Request before you reach the final few cards.

  • Keep cards at the actual packing location.

  • Use them only for The Oblist customer parcels.

  • Update the refill address whenever your studio or fulfilment location changes.
