The AI leverages a Large Language Model (LLM) to provide you AI predictions for Bill Description and Item Description (expense lines only).
After the AI has seen approximately 15 posted invoices with descriptions, there is enough data to begin predicting these fields. Like every other AI field, the more data we see, the more attuned to your previous invoices the model will be, with higher accuracy and confidence!
If you do not use these fields, then the AI will predict a blank field.
Bill Description
At the header level, a description is predicted, with a confidence icon.
Item Description
For expense lines, the AI-predicted line groupings will have a prediction for the Item Description.
