As an Accountant on the Invoices page, for supported connected systems (Sage Intacct, QBO, bill.com, and potentially others), you have the capability to create a vendor within Vic.ai, which will sync over to the connected system.
Add A New Vendor
To add a new vendor to the system, begin by entering the vendor field and selecting "Add Vendor."
A Vendor creation window will appear in the side drawer, fill in the desired information to create a vendor, which will then be synced via background processing. The blue outline shows that the vendor is being created in your connected system, and you can continue working in the meantime.
If an error occurs during vendor creation, a red outline will flag it, and you can revisit the vendor cell for more information about the error.
