To add notes in Vic.ai to be seen in Vic.ai or Bill.com, simply follow the process below, this will allow approvers within Bill.com to view your approval process initiation notes. Simply go into the “Bill.com” tab in the side drawer and enter your notes into the Comment Field. Once a note is added, this will sync to Bill.com, and then is viewable by other Bill.com Approvers.
