Can My Agency Pay for My Booking?

Yes. If your agency participates in agency-paid housing, you can request that your agency pay for all or part of your reservation during checkout.

How Does It Work?

When completing your booking, you will see an option to send the reservation payment request to your agency for approval.

Once submitted:

  1. The payment request is sent directly to your agency.

  2. Your agency can choose to pay the full reservation amount or a partial amount.

  3. After the agency approves the payment request, your reservation will be confirmed.

  4. You will receive a confirmation email once the reservation has been approved and processed.

Is a Traveler Payment Method Still Required?

Yes. A valid payment method must remain on file for all reservations, even when an agency is paying for the booking. This helps ensure a smooth booking process and allows for any applicable charges that may not be covered by the agency.

Can the Agency Pay Only Part of the Reservation?

Yes. Agencies have the option to pay either:

  • The full reservation amount

  • A partial amount toward the reservation

Any remaining balance not covered by the agency will be the traveler's responsibility.
