Step 1: Let Us Know Which One to Keep
Send us the property name or address you’d like to keep and which booking(s) you'd like to cancel. You may do so by:

Through the chatbox on our website for live support.
Step 2: We’ll Review Cancellation Policies
We’ll check the cancellation terms to see if a partial or full refund can be issued for the duplicate.
Step 3: Refund (If Eligible)
If the canceled booking qualifies under the refund window, we’ll process it right away. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your bank statement.
