Guest Cancellations:
72-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation: Guests who book more than 14 days before check-in can cancel within 72 hours for a full refund, excluding 3% processing fees.
28+ Days Before Check-In: Full refund issued, excluding processing fees.
14–27 Days Before Check-In: Guest receives a 50% refund.
Less Than 14 Days: The reservation is non-refundable.
Post Check-In: After the check-in date, reservations are considered fully committed. Refunds will only be issued if:
The unit is deemed uninhabitable,
A major issue is reported within 24 hours of check-in,
Valid documentation is provided and the issue remains unresolved.
Host Cancellations: If a host needs to cancel a reservation, they must contact Vidle Housing Support immediately.
Frequent or last-minute cancellations may affect a host’s platform status and listing visibility.
