We understand that emergencies and unexpected changes happen. If you need to cancel a confirmed reservation:
Log into your Vidle Host Dashboard
Go to the Reservations tab
Select the reservation you want to cancel
Click Cancel Reservation and provide a brief reason
⚠️ Please keep in mind:
Frequent or last-minute cancellations can impact your visibility and eligibility on the platform.
We encourage hosts to cancel only when absolutely necessary.
If the cancellation is due to an emergency or property issue, contact Vidle Support — we’re here to help.
If you prefer our support team to cancel on your behalf, please provide the Reservation ID and reason for cancellation. CustomerSupport@VidleHousing.com
