How to Cancel a Reservation as a Host

Need to cancel a booking? Here’s how to do it responsibly.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected changes happen. If you need to cancel a confirmed reservation:

  1. Log into your Vidle Host Dashboard

  2. Go to the Reservations tab

  3. Select the reservation you want to cancel

  4. Click Cancel Reservation and provide a brief reason

⚠️ Please keep in mind:

  • Frequent or last-minute cancellations can impact your visibility and eligibility on the platform.

  • We encourage hosts to cancel only when absolutely necessary.

  • If the cancellation is due to an emergency or property issue, contact Vidle Support — we’re here to help.

If you prefer our support team to cancel on your behalf, please provide the Reservation ID and reason for cancellation. CustomerSupport@VidleHousing.com
