Step-by-Step: Requesting a Cancellation
1. Check Your Trip Status
Go to "My Trips" and check the status of the booking you want to cancel.
If the status is Confirmed, you’re eligible to request a cancellation.
2. Request Through Your Host Messages
Open the conversation thread you have with your host and select "Request Cancellation".
OR
3. Cancel Through “My Trips”
Go to "My Trips"
Find the reservation you wish to cancel
Select "Request Cancellation"
4. Provide a Reason
You’ll be prompted to select a reason for canceling and can also include additional details.
Once submitted:
Our support team will be notified
Your host will be informed
We’ll review the information provided and follow up if needed
*Please Note: Check Your Eligibility for Refund*
Your refund will depend on how far in advance you cancel:
Within 72 hours of booking (and 28+ days before check-in): Full refund
28+ days before check-in: Full refund
14–27 days before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund

After you submit your cancellation request, our team will work quickly to review it and confirm next steps. Any applicable refunds or policies will be shared with you based on the timing and details of your cancellation.
