How to Navigate Your Traveler Dashboard

Once you’re logged into your Vidle Housing account, your Traveler Dashboard is where you can manage reservations, communicate with hosts, and keep track of everything related to your stay.

How to Access Your Traveler Dashboard

  1. Log in to your account at www.vidlehousing.com.

  2. In the top-right corner, click My Profile.

  3. Select Dashboard from the dropdown menu.

You’ll now be taken to your Traveler Dashboard.


Dashboard Overview (Home)

The home screen gives you a quick snapshot of your activity, including:

  • Current reservations

  • Unread messages

  • Favorite listings you’ve saved for later

This page helps you quickly jump back into what matters most.


Trips

Under the Trips tab, you can view all of your reservations:

  • All

  • Now

  • Future

  • Past

Click Details on the right-hand side of any reservation to view:

  • Stay dates

  • Property information

  • Payment details

  • Reservation status


Messages

The Messages tab is where you’ll communicate with:

  • Hosts you’re currently staying with

  • Hosts from past reservations

  • Hosts you’ve inquired with

All communication stays securely on the platform for your protection.


Reviews

The Reviews tab shows reviews you’ve left for hosts.

  • You’ll be able to leave a review 24 hours after checkout

  • Reviews help other healthcare travelers book with confidence


Favorites

The Favorites tab stores all the properties you’ve saved.

  • Easily revisit listings you’re interested in

  • Compare options when planning future assignments


Help Center

The Help Center is your support hub. From here, you can:

  • Chat with our 24/7 live support team

  • Browse help articles and guides

  • Submit a support ticket for:

    • Technical issues

    • Reservation-related questions


Notifications

The Notifications tab displays:

  • Unread messages

  • Booking updates

  • Important account alerts

This helps ensure you never miss an important update.


Account

Under the Account tab, you can:

  • View and edit your public profile

  • Update Login & Security settings (email or password)

  • Manage Payment Methods

Payments

  • You can link a credit card or bank account

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
