In the upper-right corner of the homepage, click Join Vidle.
Step 2: Select Healthcare Professional
Choose Healthcare Professional to begin creating your traveler account.
Enter the following information:
First and last name
Email address
Create a password
Click Create Account to continue.
Step 3: Complete Your Traveler Profile
Next, you'll be asked to complete your traveler profile. This information helps us personalize your experience and connect you with housing that fits your assignment.
You'll be prompted to provide:
Phone number
Profession (RN, RT, PT, OT, Physician, etc.)
Specialty
Number of years you've been traveling
Hometown
Staffing agency (if applicable)
How you heard about Vidle Housing
Providing a complete profile also helps hosts better understand who will be staying at their property.
Step 4: Review and Accept the Policies
Before completing your registration, review the following:
Once you've read both documents, check the box confirming that you agree to the policies.
Step 5: Opt In to SMS Notifications
You'll have the option to receive text message updates from Vidle Housing.
By opting in, you can receive notifications about:
Inquiry updates
Booking requests
Reservation updates
Housing opportunities
Important platform announcements
You can update your communication preferences at any time.
Step 6: Complete Your Profile
Click Complete Profile to finish creating your account.
Once your account is created, you can:
Search available housing
Save your favorite properties
Contact hosts with questions
Submit booking requests
Send Housing Requests if you need personalized assistance from our team
