With Instant Booking, your reservation is automatically confirmed once you complete the booking process and your payment is successfully processed.
There's no need to wait for the host to manually approve your request, allowing you to secure your stay more quickly.
Reservation Request
Some hosts prefer to review reservation requests before accepting a booking.
When you submit a Reservation Request:
Your request is sent to the host for review.
The host can review your travel dates and any property-specific requirements.
You'll receive a notification once the host approves or declines your request.
If approved, your payment will be processed and your reservation will be confirmed.
Which Properties Offer Instant Booking?
Properties with Instant Booking enabled will clearly display the Instant Booking option on the listing.
If Instant Booking is not available, you'll submit a Reservation Request instead.
Which Option Is Better?
Both booking methods provide the same secure booking experience.
Instant Booking is ideal if you want immediate confirmation.
Reservation Request allows the host to review your reservation before confirming your stay.
No matter which option you use, all payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you'll receive a confirmation email once your reservation is complete.
