Can I Edit My Review?

Reviews are intended to reflect your genuine experience at the time they are submitted. Once a review has been published, it cannot be edited through your Vidle Housing account.

Need to Correct Something?

If you accidentally included incorrect information or believe there's an issue with your review, please contact our Customer Experience team as soon as possible.

We'll review your request and determine whether any action can be taken.

When Can a Review Be Removed?

Reviews may be removed if they violate Vidle Housing's Review Guidelines, such as containing:

  • Offensive or abusive language

  • Personal or private information

  • Spam or promotional content

  • Content unrelated to the stay

  • False or fraudulent information

Please note that reviews are not removed simply because a host or traveler disagrees with the opinion shared.
