The member database in Virtually is an essential part of the value that Virtually provides its users.
Not only is this where your member information is housed and where your members are segmented, but it's also what enables Virtually to target specific member groups for sending invites, reminders, event access, at-risk student reports, and student interventions.

Import Members
An extremely important first step for new Virtually users is importing your members. You can do so in a variety of ways:
Add Tags
While the methods cited above allow you to import members with specific tags already assigned to members, you can create and manage tags for existing members as well.
There are two places where you can do so:
1. Manage Tags Button
Click the Manage Tags button to create new tags, edit tags, delete tags, or bulk tag members if you have the list of emails accessible:
2. Bulk Actions Button
Alternatively, if you use the check boxes in your member database to select specific members, you'll see a button appear on the top right that says 'Bulk Actions.'
Click it and select 'Add tag.' From there, you'll see a dialog appear where you can choose from existing tags to bulk tag selected members. You can leverage the search bar at the top as well. Once you've added your tags, click 'Apply' and then 'Add Tag(s).'
Remove Tags
You can remove tags via the Bulk Action button.
Just select your members, click 'Bulk Action' and select 'Remove tag' from the drop down.
From there, you'll follow the same process as bulk adding tags via this button outlined above
Delete Members
You can delete members via the Bulk Action button as well.
Just select your members, click 'Bulk Action' and select 'Delete' from the drop down to delete selected members.
Sort, Filter, & Hide
You can easily sort, filter, and hide columns to help you more easily access data in your member database.
Just click on the 3 dots for the column you'd like view:
And select your preferred option:
Sort by ASC - this is sort ascending (A --> Z)
Sort by DESC - this is sort descending (Z --> A)
Filter - this enables you to search. Just choose your desired column, operator, and value (search criteria):
Hide - this removes columns from your view so you can focus on the data that's most important for you
Show Columns - bring hidden columns back into view
