VMC System Settings

Your system wide settings for Visitor Management Central

To access system settings, click on your profile picture (bottom left) > Click "Settings." (Administrator permissions required.)

1️⃣ Workspace

  • Account Info – Modify company name, logo, email, phone, and website information.

  • Booking Types – Configure settings for pre-registration and booking features.

2️⃣ Users

  • User Attributes – Create custom attributes for user profiles.

  • Groups – Manage user groups and permissions.

  • Badge Template – Design a global visitor badge.

  • ID Card Template – Configure ID card designs for users.

  • Authentication – Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.

3️⃣ Data & Privacy

  • Data Retention – Set up automatic deletion of user/guest sign-in data, activities, and messages after X months; supports GDPR compliance.

  • Delete Data – Anonymize guest data older than X months, or immediately delete all guest data.

4️⃣ Notifications

  • Sign-ins – Configure global sign-in notification settings.

  • Automated Reports – Schedule daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly email reports.

  • Delivery Logs – Review notification history.

5️⃣ Miscellaneous

  • Languages – Manage languages, customize field labels, and localize messages.

  • Integration – Connect with SSO, Directory Services, Contractor Management, Notifications, CRM, Storage, and other custom integrations.
