We provide a range of tools to help you take control of your data and manage visitor records in compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Key Compliance Features

1️⃣ Compliance Controls – Retain visitor and employee data only for strictly defined periods. Set up automatic data removal or anonymization as per your organization's policies.

2️⃣ GDPR Compliance – Implement measures to comply with EEA and EU data protection laws, including customizable data retention policies.

3️⃣ Anonymize Data – Remove sensitive visitor details (such as names, emails, and phone numbers) while keeping sign-in logs with anonymized IDs, dates, and times for tracking purposes.

4️⃣ Delete Data – Instantly erase all visitor and user data with a one-click deletion function. ⚠️ This action is irreversible—once data is removed, it cannot be restored.

Managing Your System's Data and Privacy Settings

1️⃣ Accessing Data and Privacy Settings

  • Log into the web dashboard.

  • Hover over the profile icon at the bottom right.

  • Click on Settings.

2️⃣ Managing Data Retention

  • Under Data Retention, set how many months the system should keep data before anonymization.

  • Enable anonymization for user and visitor data by selecting the appropriate checkboxes.

  • Click Save Changes to apply settings.

3️⃣ Deleting Data

  • Choose to delete data older than a set number of months by selecting the timeframe and confirming with a password.

  • To immediately delete all data, click Delete Now and confirm with a password.

  • ⚠️ This action is irreversible.
