Location Settings

Update your locations settings to meet your workplace requirements

Accessing Location Settings

1️⃣ Log in to your web dashboard.
2️⃣ Navigate to the Sign-In Dashboard on the left-hand side.

3️⃣ Click Location Settings

4️⃣ Select a Location

List of Location Settings

  • Location Name

  • Address

  • Primary Location - currently inactive

  • Linked Location - Enable if you want visitors to be able to sign out from any of the location's sign-in points.

  • Timezone - It is critical to set the location to the right timezone.

  • Save - Save changes

  • Archive Location - Be careful when archiving a location, as you cannot unarchive a location yourself.

  • Compliance Notifications - Set the Location's default contact and compliance officers.

  • Capacity - Enforce the maximum number of people allowable at that location

  • Operating Hours - Set your hours of operation and enable several reporting options.

  • Auto Sign Out - Enable auto-sign out for Visitors and Users
