Once a Contractor Company is added, it can manage its own workforce.
Contractor admins can add employees manually, import them, or send invites.
If an Induction Form is assigned to a location, the contractor can then assign employees as inductees.
Inductees can sign in using QR codes at kiosk points.
Adding Contractor Company Employees
(Performed by Contractor Company Admins)
Contractor admins can add employees using three methods:
1️⃣ Manually Add Employees
Log in to the VMC web dashboard
Navigate to People
Click Add New Employee
Enter the employee’s name (required)
Optionally, add an email or mobile number to issue a QR code for sign-in
2️⃣ Import Employees via CSV (for bulk uploads)
Click the IMPORT icon (top-right corner)
Download and complete the CSV template
Upload the CSV file to add employees in bulk
3️⃣ Invite Employees via Email
Generate an invite link or let the system send email invitations
Employees receive an email with steps to complete their profile
Inviting Inductees
(Performed by Contractor Company Admins)
Admins can invite new or existing employees as inductees to work with Customer Organizations (e.g., your company).
Steps to Invite Inductees:
1️⃣ Log in to the VMC web dashboard
2️⃣ Navigate to Contractor Management
3️⃣ Select the Customer Organization
4️⃣ Go to Inductees and click Invite Inductee
5️⃣ Choose one of the following:
Invite an Existing Employee: Search and select the employee, then assign a location
Invite a New Inductee: Fill out the form and click Send Invite
Once invited, inductees can complete the induction process and access their designated work locations.
