Integrating Blackbaud with Visitu streamlines school data management and enhances efficiency. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to configure Blackbaud and initiate the integration process with Visitu.
Step 1: Link Your User in Core to Your BBID Before starting the integration process, for help with that step please visit the Blackbaud Troubleshooting page. After that has been completed follow these steps:
Log in to your Blackbaud account.
Connect your Blackbaud ID to your Platform Manager and Environment Manager user in Core.
Step 2:
In your Core account, ensure that the connected user has the SKY API Basic and SKY API Data Sync roles.
Step 3: Add Visitu from Blackbaud Marketplace Navigate to the Blackbaud Marketplace to add Visitu to your applications. Follow these steps:
Head to the Blackbaud Marketplace.
Use the search function to find the Visitu application.
Click "Add Visitu" to link Visitu to your Blackbaud account.
Step 4: In the Visitu dashboard Follow these steps:
Navigate to Setting -> Integrations.
Next to Blackbaud, press "Add to Visitu" to establish the connection.
Step 5: Map User Roles and complete your first sync.
